Kelda Technology, one EuropeActive’s strategic partners, is launching a new shower system inspired by aerospace and automotive engineering. The cost-efficient product will be revealed at FIBO 2016 in Cologne.
“I’m sure that members of EuropeActive are always looking for innovative ways of reducing operating costs, whilst enhancing the experience they deliver to their customers,” says Chris Jackson, the CEO of Kelda Showers. “
Kelda Showers’ revolutionary shower technology has been proven to halve water usage and halve water-heating costs for gyms and fitness centres. Early commercial trials in the UK have shown the system saves around 180,000 litres of water per shower for a moderate footfall gym. This equates to monetary savings in excess of €2,000 per shower, per year.
Inspired by leading edge aeronautical and automotive technology, the Kelda shower system has been developed in partnership with the University of Southampton and was supported in its formative stages by the UK government.
“I’m delighted to extend a warm invitation to all the members of EuropeActive for the global launch of the new system at FIBO 2016 in Cologne,” Jackson says.Kelda Showers will be stationed at Hall 8 at a stand number E/03. Don’t miss the opportunity to catch the first glimpse of it there.
