Currently Emma is Director of Group Fitness Programming for Luxury lifestyle operator Equinox.

Topic Workshop: ‘‘Performance enhancement in fitness using the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model’’
Contributing to the international successes of multiple sports teams in Hungary, Renata Ago uses the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) Model as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach to strengthen the teams. Under her supervision she coached the Women’s National Water Polo team to a 1st place at the European Championships (2016) and 4th place at the Olympic Games (2016). Besides being the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of successful teams in Football, Ice Hockey and Youth Water Polo.

He specializes in group exercise and is a frequent presenter in European fitness conventions. He also owns the Greek institute of fitness, Studio One, is the owner of multiple Fitness clubs and gyms and created 17 unique Group Fitness Programs for the Concept.

Topic Workshop: ‘‘Spartan Girja – The original kettlebell in S&C in fitness’’
With experience as a personal trainer for over 17 years, Gabriella Bankuti won the ‘Best functional trainer’ award in Hungary in 2011. She is the owner of the Spartan Training Method and worked with it since 2006, also training soldiers of the famous French Foreign Legion. During the convention Gabriella will teach the original Russian Girja technique.

Alexis Batrakoulis has been involved in personal training, exercise for health, performance enhancement and fitness education for over 20 years. He is the Personal Training Education Director at the Greek national leader in fitness education. He has been the Leader and Member of Technical Experts Groups that developed the standards for the occupational roles of Weight Management Exercise Specialist and Pre/Diabetes Exercise Specialist in Europe, respectively.

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Anthony J. Wall, MS, CPT oversees all ACE’s international strategy and ACE’s partnerships with organizations delivering education and professional development opportunities. He is also responsible for the quality control of all Continuing Education programs for the more than 60,000 ACE health and fitness professionals.

With more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Wall shares his expertise at industry workshops and conferences around the globe. He is often used as an expert within the media in a variety of respected national outlets including The Washington Post, The Good Life magazine, Real Health magazine, Women’s Health and more.

Marco Petrin is deputy director of research & development at ELAV, an Italian training provider that offers eight accredited programs to its students. Marco himself became a Master of Science at the University of Jyväskylä (FI) and has a 'Diplome Universitaire PP Rugby' from the University of Perpignan (FR). He has experience as strength and condition coach for rugby, wrestling and he’s currently working with track and field athletes; he is now leading the research group on fasting and exercising within the ELAV research department.

Jana is one of the most experienced fitness professionals in the Czech Republic, founder of the campaign Czech on the move and founder and president of the Czech Chamber of fitness as the only body representing fitness industry in the Czech Republic. At the same time, she is active as President of the FISAF International, international sport federation focused on sport aerobics, fitness and Hip Hop Unite and fitness professional education. Since 2010 she is president of its Czech member – FISAF.cz.

Topic Workshop: 'Customizing workout and nutrition begins with body composition analysis’

Claudio Suardi is the Technical Director of ISSA Europe and has awards in Top Level Physical Activity, Food, Nutrition and Diet Therapy, International University of Nutrition and Physical Activity.

Additionally, Claudio is teacher of Personal Trainers at ISSA for multiple training courses, teaches undergraduates in physical education at the Catholic University of Milan; and teaches at the Fitness Postural School (Milan), EMC Milano, University of Chieti, University of Parma and Rome. His expertise lies in nutrition and body composition, for which he is a consultant at Foppapedretti Bergamo (A1 volleyball women team), VafiBank Istanbul, (European champion volleyball 2011), German National Volleyball team, Italian ski team, Italian National female basketball team and Armani Jeans Milano (A1 men basketball).

Topic Workshop 1: 'Recent results in WB-EMS on body composition, strength and conditioning research’

PhD. Professor Wolfgang Kemmler, focuses on exercise effects on musculoskeletal and cardiometabolic risk factors at the Institute of Medical Physics (IMP), Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nürnberg. During the last 7 years, Kemmler focus also on Whole-Body Electomyostimulation (WB-EMS) application under special regard to chronic diseases, physical fitness, safety aspects and standardization. Other fields of his research work are strength training, exercise endocrinology and training regulation.
