Mark the date: 2016 National Associations Forum

Our goal is to a make the fitness sector in Europe more professional and standardised. This objective would be impossible without the active participation of the national fitness associations.

We currently work with 21 National Associations to coordinate the implementation of EuropeActive policies and standards in their countries.

There are countless benefits to joining EuropeActive’s network. We provide our national partners with expertise, knowledge, access to information and support, in addition to increased visibility at sector events and countless networking opportunities.

"The Forum

is an opportunity to

share best practices

and expertise"

For this reason, we also organise the National Associations Forum, which brings together all 21 national partners for a day of keynote presentations, a guided tour and a networking lunch.

The forum provides an opportunity to share best practices and to make use of common resources and expertise in order to tackle challenges and bring about a collective development of the sector.

This year, the keynote presentation will come from Mark Dober of the recruitment agency Ellwood Atfield. The event also includes a guided tour of the European Parliament with the president of EuropeActive, Sir Graham Watson, and a lunch with a special guest from the European Commission.

In the past, the National Associations Forum met in London, but this year we invite you to the very heart of EuropeActive, our headquarters at the House of Sport in Brussels. The 2016 National Associations Forum will be held on Thursday, 23 June.

We hope to see you here.
