The unique fit20 concept is short but intensive fitness training. A fit20 training session lasts only 20 minutes and you train once per week, alone or together with a partner, under the supervision of your personal trainer.

The combination of air conditioning (17 °C) and training in slow motion means that changing clothes and showering is simply not necessary.

Twenty minutes, once a week, makes fit20 training easy to be a part of your weekly schedule regardless of how busy you are.
