Event Photo & Video Disclaimer

By attending a EuropeActive event, whether as a participant or otherwise (e.g. as a sponsor), you acknowledge that images may be captured during the event using film photography, digital photography, video or other medium and may be used by EuropeActive to promote EuropeActive and other future events on our website, social media websites, promotional flyers and brochures and other publicity material such as newsletters and e-magazines. The images may also be provided to the media for publication in local or national newspapers, magazines and websites.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian

A person attending a EuropeActive event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known verbally to the photographer and/or the event organisers and/or contact EuropeActive via email at thesecretariat@europeactive.eu confirming his/her intentions and include a photograph. EuropeActive will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

Unless express objections are received, individuals attending this event are deemed to have given their consent by attending or remaining at the event and indemnify EuropeActive from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

EuropeActive shall take no responsibility for the capture and use of any images taken at the event by any third party not directly engaged by EuropeActive to do so on its behalf and accepts no liability for the actions of such third parties.
