EuropeActive has successfully concluded today its 21st Annual General Assembly (GA) in Cologne, Germany, by hosting an event with the presence of a remarkable number of members participating in the voting process.
All four resolutions that were up for a vote were successfully passed and President David Stalker was re-elected for a three-year term. Furthermore, EuropeActive Board of Directors convened that Mr. Stalker will continue his role as President of the association.
Commenting on his re-election, David Stalker said: "I couldn’t be more excited to be re-elected to the EuropeActive Board for another three-year term. I’m really looking forward to helping Andreas and the fantastic EuropeActive Team to achieve their ambitious targets and support in building EuropeActive’s presence across Europe. I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate candidate Łukasz Balicki and wish him the best in his professional endeavours and I’m sure he will continue to work closely with EuropeActive in the future.
I also want to thank the Board of Directors for their trust in re-appointing me as EuropeActive President as well as our President’s Council members for their continuous and valued support. I hope my previous experience will keep adding value to EuropeActive’s goals in the areas of health, digital, community and Standards. I am really thrilled to have the creative power of the highly skilled Board of EuropeActive with strong representation of national associations, as well as a very strong operator, supplier and geographically cross-European representation to get to work for the recovery and renewal of our sector", he concluded.
