It’s our mission to motivate people to embrace a lifelong active and healthy lifestyle at EuropeActive. We aim to achieve this by building and expanding awareness of the health benefits of regular physical activity and the cost and consequences of inactivity, but also by supporting networking in the industry and by facilitating partnerships between the sector, academia, governments and civil society, in order to identify common challenges and opportunities.

This is also the reason why we offer a range of key industry events, the yearly CEO Lunch at FIBO (the International Fitness Trade Show) being one of them. We strongly believe in the power of learning, networking and the sharing of good practices to help stimulate better business and entrepreneurship. The CEO Lunch is an exclusive 'invitation only' meeting for CEO's and senior management of health and fitness chains.
2019 Edition
This year’s CEO Lunch on April 4th, welcomes Nicole Prins as the keynote speaker, focussing on Integrated Customer Journey Management. She has more than 20 years of automotive experience across Europe (Nissan, Mitsubishi Motors, Jaguar Land Rover) and has been working on CRM-related processes with Salesforce and SAP-CRM deployments since 2016.
There will also be a panel session led by moderator Herman Rutgers about Intermediaries in Gyms & Fitness. OC & C Strategy Consultants, presenting a summary of their findings and Gympass, the worldwide fitness discovery platform, will participate in the panel session.
Exerp will conclude the lunch meeting sharing their vision and thought on innovations within the industry.
Other events
EuropeActive continues to organise important annual events, such as the Executive Leaders Forum, International Standards Meeting (ISM) and the European Health and Fitness Forum, thus supporting its members and stakeholders and providing a moment to interact with likeminded professionals every 2 to 3 months. Other meetings suchs as the President's Breakfast represent a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights on the latest trends of the fitness sector.
