
Fitness chain TrainMore – well known for its unique concept that rewards every work out with a 1 euro discount – is the first gym in the Netherlands that implements the boutique fitness trend in their existing fitness concept. With this innovation, they again succeed to set the trend in the Dutch fitness branch. The newer clubs of TrainMore, like Haarlem and Amsterdam Koninginneweg, are provided with innovative boutique studio’s instead of more old fashioned rooms for group lessons. The existing clubs of TrainMore are being rebuild as well. This summer, TrainMore Utrecht and TrainMore Amsterdam Singel were fully redesigned. In the near future, the club in The Hague will get a make-over as well.
Boutique studio’s: efficient, high-end and personal
Boutique fitness is a groundbreaking concept that focuses on high intensity interval training. This training method makes you reach your goals efficiently. TrainMore offers four high-end boutique studio’s: the Brooklyn Fit-boxing Studio, the Zenergy Yoga Studio, the Cycling Studio and HIGH Studios. With this concept, owners Han Doorenbosch and Marjolijn Meijer provide their members with a unique fitness experience: “Every studio has its typical atmosphere, created with the help of premium design, music and lightning.
