The House of Sport (HoS) welcomed on Monday, 18th March a student delegation from EM Lyon Business School – Sport Industry Management Department. During the morning session, EuropeActive, together with other four HoS member associations, presented their fields of work followed by a networking speed dating format to the students. In the afternoon, Yves Le Lostecque, Head of the Sport Unit of the European Commission, introduced the EU Sport Policy and attend a Q&A session with the students.
The House of Sport is in Brussels at 43 Avenue des Arts. It represents a joint initiative established by several leading organisations in the sport and active leisure sector to benefit from working together on the promotion of sport and physical activity. In order to comply with this mission, the House of Sport organises many events (breakfast, cocktails, etc…) during the year covering different topics and inviting European policy makers and stakeholder who daily deal with sport issues.
