LES MILLS is on a mission to create a fitter planet, helping people fall in love with fitness and improve their lives through inspiring workouts. It’s one reason LES MILLS is supporting the European Week of Sport, helping inspire people all over the region to get moving under the motto #BEACTIVE.
The annual event, held from 23-30 September, celebrates the fun and importance of physical activity and provides people a springboard to kickstart an active lifestyle. In support of the European Week of Sport and alongside clubs and Instructors, LES MILLS will be rolling out activities across the region all focused on promoting the positive benefits of physical activity.
There will also be resources available for clubs with marketing and event planning support. A must-have toolkit, with key insights ranging from running the perfect member event, building community and driving acquisition activities, is being made available to clubs. The toolkit targets areas such as event inspiration and provides tips on how clubs can attract top instructor talent.
In Germany, LES MILLS will be kicking off the European Week of Sport with a large outdoor fitness event in Hamburg on Saturday 24th September. Hosted at prestigious club, Aspira, a full day of life-changing fitness experiences will be delivered by some of the world’s best trainers and presenters. Participants are guaranteed to work up a sweat and enjoy the powerful connections created when motivated by rockstar Instructors!
Les Mills Germany will also support the sector by offering complimentary classes throughout the European Week of Sport. During this week, Les Mills Instructors will be able to head out into all facilities, clubs and community spaces to showcase the magic of live workouts. Clubs will be able to offer these workouts on their timetable and create events to help more members fall in love with fitness. Current Les Mills partners will be able to expand their timetable for this period and offer any LES MILLS programme.
