EuropeActive is pleased to announce that the European Health & Fitness Forum (EHFF), the premier European educational and networking event for our industry's leaders, will take place on November 3rd, along with Sibec Europe, the leading hosted buyer event for suppliers and operators. Despite FIBO being postponed in November in order to fully focus on FIBO in April 2022, the leading international trade show for fitness, wellness and health will support the aforementioned events hosted by EuropeActive and Sibec Europe.
EuropeActive hosted its 7th annual European Health and Fitness Forum (EHFF) on Wednesday, 30th September 2020. This year's event marked a shift away from the traditional format in order to adapt to COVID-19 restrictions, resulting in a completely virtual high-level live stream from Düsseldorf, Germany. Speakers and panellists who contributed to the event, joined both on-site and virtually, enabling EHFF to reach more people from across Europe and the world than ever before.
EuropeActive’s vision is to be the leading European voice for the fitness and physical activity sector to get more people, more active, more often. We aim to achieve this vision by arranging key industry events to share ideas and to help inspire better business and entrepreneurship. After FIBO announced that they will not run as a live event as hoped, but as an all-digital event for 2020, we have adapted our plans around these now-virtual FIBO days.
Will the COVID-19 crisis be looked upon in the future as just a “hick-up” in the growth curve of fitness in Europe or will it be a serious roadblock in achieving EuropeActive's ambitions of 80 million members of Health & Fitness centres by 2025 and 100 million by 2030?
Due to recent developments concerning the coronavirus, FIBO has decided to postpone its exhibition trade show until the second half of the year. We fully support FIBO in delaying its trade show as health safety is a key priority to all of us.
EuropeActive’s vision is to be the leading European voice for the fitness, exercise and physical activity sector to get more people, more active, more often. We aim to achieve this by arranging key industry events to share ideas and to help inspire better business and entrepreneurship.
