The EUMOVE project is focused on the development and dissemination of high quality, evidence-based resources for school-based interventions targeting both primary and secondary schools with the aim to promote healthy lifestyles for health benefits. Specifically, it focuses on the analysis, design, development, implementation
and evaluation of resources for implementing physical activities before, during and after the school day with the aim to reduce prolonged periods of sedentary time.

Project Objectives:
- Promote healthy lifestyles at school and afterwards expand to the all school community
- Enable the educational community (e.g. teachers and partents) to promote healthy lifestyles to schoolchildren through a set of digital strategies and resources.

EuropeActive was selected as partner to disseminate the EUMOVE outcomes through its network of fitness and sport stakeholders and in any potential events organised in Brussels by European Institution focusing on the promotion of physical activity.
